1-Day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

This 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course provides essential lifesaving skills for dealing with workplace emergencies. Participants will learn how to assess incidents, perform CPR, use an AED, and manage common injuries and illnesses in line with current UK first aid guidelines. Ideal for low-risk workplaces and nominated first aiders.

3-Day First Aid at Work (FAW)

​

This comprehensive 3-day First Aid at Work course equips learners with the practical skills and confidence to respond to a wide range of workplace medical emergencies. Covering CPR, AED use, trauma management, illnesses, and emergency procedures, the course meets UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements for workplace first aiders.

General First Aid Course

This General First Aid course provides practical knowledge and hands-on training to help individuals respond effectively in emergency situations. Learners will gain confidence in dealing with injuries, medical conditions, CPR, choking, bleeding, burns, and other common first aid incidents at home, work, or in the community. Suitable for individuals, groups, and workplaces seeking essential first aid awareness and skills.
